Week 5 - MBA 6601 - Adopt

After committing to adapting to artificial intelligence (AI), you can take it one step further and begin to adopt AI. Before you move on to adopt, you must first be regularly engaging in AI, staying informed of it and how it directly affects you. Make adapting a habit first and make it an active process and part of moving on to adopt. AI is a major key to innovation and adopting AI is part of the process. So so not turn off any of the steps as you trudge through them. Continually be adapting, adopting, and becoming adept at AI.

You have to adopt AI because it is inevitable that you will need to engage in it as machines and robots become more and more common place. Jobs will be dictated by the emerging AI and it is important for the future and employment that we stay knowledgeable and competent in AI and all of its changes and possibilities. It is definitely not going away, so mastering it is the only option. AI is so prevalent on social media platforms, Amazon, mobile devices and so on, that most people are probably interacting with it regularly and probably don't, or perhaps do, recognize it.

In order to promote AI in small business it is essential that you advocate for it. There are many monotonous processes that could be replaced with AI within businesses. Looking into repetitive processes is actually a great place to start when thinking about adopting AI. While using robots to perform the repetitive work may eliminate some jobs, it may also free people up within the business to get creative and come up with other ideas that could launch your business and make more money.

Where does the whole process lead? To the global stage. In order to make it, you have to comprise a competent team that will get you there. Then you cannot leave your team behind, but rather you must take them with you. But do know that it is not all about your team. It is also about your customers. Ultimately, it is your customers who built your business by investing in your products and services, so take your customers with you to. Learn about your customers. Know the ins and out of your customers, what they want and need from you. In every aspect of your business you should ensure clarity and efficiency in each of your core practices. Implementing things that are important to your team and keep everyone in sync and on board with a shared and common goal. Help them to believe in what you are doing. Week 8 - MBA 6601 - Ad Campaign Reflection

 Overall, I feel like my ad campaign was successful in teaching me a lot of things. I had no interaction with Google Ads prior to this course. Now I feel like I could run an Ad Campaign with little difficulty. Tailoring it to turn profits may take some more time, but I feel like overall I was pretty successful. I'm not sure how many impressions and clicks people usually get in 10 days, but I was happy with the amount I received. Above is the final count. I ended up spending $45.05 in total. Over 61,000 impressions and that got me a total of 152 clicks on my ads. I initially had a $7 a day limit set because of the slow start with clicks in the first 24 hours but when it began to pick up that is when I backed off to the $5 a day that my professor suggested. It is pretty impressive how fast the price ads up when the clicks start rolling in.  I did find the app helpful in keeping an eye on things. It is very user friendly.
